Who will fit the cardboard costume characters ?
Our cardboard costumes collection is made to fit children from 1 to 7 years old, or if you are a βbig kidβ with a shoulder width of 35cm or under.
When will you ship my play props order?
We don't want you to wait too long to start having fun! We ship using Australia Post and fulfil orders daily. Orders placed before 4pm will be processed on the same day.
When will my cardboard play props arrive?
We ship with Australia Post, so your parcel should arrive within 2-4 business days after dispatch Australia wide. You can also choose to opt for express postage for next-day delivery.
International orders are shipped via AirMail wherever possible, which starts from 10-15 business days for deliveries.
A small number of overseas destinations can only be shipped via the sea, and will take 4+ weeks to arrive.

What are the play props made out of? Are they recyclable?
The name speaks for itself - cardboard costumes and play props! Our collections are made with printed corrugated cardboard and white or brown kraft paper. *high fives the planet*. The cardboard is particularly durable, so the play props can be used over and over again for a pretend playmate or for your childβs party (even if it's only in the living room). Just carefully slide each tab out from their slots, and flat pack it away for easy storage. When everyone has outgrown the props, it can be recycled again!
Do you offer refunds?
Paper Pops is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We offer a 30 days hassle free returns policy and we offer full refunds
if the product does not meet quality standards, if you change your mind, the following conditions must be met:-
Β The product is returned within 30 days of order delivery.
- The product has not been used or worn.
- The product is not soiled or damaged.
- The product is in its original packaging
together with all of the components, including the backing cardboard and
instruction manual.
- A return authorisation number has been
provided to you via email.
Please reach out to us via email to make a request for a return, include details of, your order number and if the product is faulty, please attach photos as a reference. We will endeavour to process
all return requests within 2 business days and issue you with a returnβs authorisation number.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, Paper Pops may additionally refund the return postage. Paper Pops will not be held
responsible if the return product/s are damaged in transit or lost.
